1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a customer account, buying a subscription, or activating the Flowget software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or website services.

2. Software Licensing

Subject to these terms and your payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the Flowget desktop client application for personal or authorized business use in accordance with your chosen plan:

• Free Plan: Licensed for basic downloading tasks on 1 active device fingerprint.
• Premium Plans: Licensed for advanced features (e.g. queue management, torrents, WebRTC FlowShare, proxy controls) on up to 2 active devices simultaneously (or up to 3 for specific lifetime tiers).

3. Device Verification & Device Fingerprints

To enforce subscription limits and prevent licensing abuse, our servers generate and verify device-bound cryptographic keys based on local hardware parameters. You are permitted to revoke and reset your registered device bindings via the customer portal. However, systematic abuse, slot sharing, or custom reverse-engineering of validation APIs will result in immediate license suspension or revocation without refund.

4. Mock Sandbox Checkout

For development and testing purposes, our billing system may operate in a mock checkout mode. In sandbox mode, no real funds are transferred, and mock cards are used to mock transaction paths. Attempting to bypass validation, inject custom packages, or trigger exploits in production integrations is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWGET LABS OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the software updater API, manifest configuration pathways, or pricing tiers at any time. Changes to policies or software licensing terms will be updated directly on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
